About Us

Compliance expertise built on deep knowledge of the National Quality Framework

Approved Provider Advisory Group was established to give childcare and early years education service owners access to specialist compliance expertise without the cost or complexity of navigating the regulatory framework alone.

Our Purpose

Why we exist

The National Quality Framework is a comprehensive and demanding regulatory system. For owners of childcare centres, obtaining Approved Provider status requires detailed documentation, a thorough understanding of the National Law, and the ability to demonstrate fitness and propriety to a regulatory authority. For current operators, staying compliant as legislation evolves, staff change and services grow is an ongoing obligation.

Most centre owners and operators are experts in education and care — not in regulatory compliance. Approved Provider Advisory Group exists to bridge that gap and to lower your costs. We bring specialist knowledge of the NQF, the National Law, and the National Regulations to every engagement, translating complex requirements into practical, plain-language guidance that owners can actually implement.

National Quality Standard

Comprehensive knowledge of all seven Quality Areas and 58 Quality Standards, including how regulatory authorities assess services and what constitutes evidence of compliance in practice.

Experience working with regulatory authorities across multiple jurisdictions, including managing compliance notices, responding to assessment and rating visits, and navigating enforcement processes.

Policy and Documentation

Specialist capability in drafting and reviewing mandatory policies and procedures that meet legislative requirements, reflect current ACECQA guidance, and are written in plain language for practical use.

Sector Currency

Active monitoring of legislative amendments, ACECQA guidance updates, and regulatory authority communications to ensure advice reflects the current state of the framework — not last year's version.

Our Principles

How we work

Plain language, always

Regulatory language is dense by design. We translate it into clear, direct guidance that your team can understand and act on without losing accuracy or legal precision.

Practical over theoretical

We focus on what you need to do, not just what the legislation says. Every engagement concludes with concrete actions, not just observations.

Current and accurate

We stay current with legislative amendments, ACECQA guidance, and regulatory authority expectations. Our advice reflects the framework as it stands today.

Fixed-fee engagements

We provide clear, written proposals with fixed fees before any work begins. No hourly billing surprises  you know exactly what you're getting and what it costs. You remain in full control of your business.
